1. You don't usually need software for those things. Generally, the slide show software is built into the device itself, and you can exchange photos with it by just plugging it into a USB port. Windows XP and Vista usually sees it as a removable hard drive. The USB connection also likely charges it. If you do happen to need a driver for it (say, because you're using an older computer), you'll need to look up the brand name of the keychain.
